Girls Petal Flower Headband

The petals hair flower is attached to a soft-and-stretchy elastic headband sized to fit approx. 12mos. through around age 8.  Standard 5/8" width fold over elastic headband material.  Flower head is approx. 4" diameter, which is larger than the smaller petal flower used on the baby petal flower headbands.
